Signing up

Ok i did it! I've signed up and organised payment so now i HAVE to do it not just WANT to do it:) I am so looking forward to the changes and challenges this program is going to give me.
I got an email today saying welcome to the program and Michelle saying that just because the program doesnt start until next year she isnt letting us off the hook!
She wants us to pick one small, achievable, habbit to change between now and preseason.
My god, i have soooo many to choose from but i have chosen to stop my after dinner snacking. Its a nasty habbit that most of the time i do unthinking but not now! I will replace it with either going to bed, having a big glass of water, half hour on the treadmill(if not to late) or getting out my Michelle Bridges 5 minutes a day book and choosing a page:)
Let the fun times begin:P
