I didnt it! I went a whole week without eating after dinner. GO ME! I even went to a friends place after the kids had gone to bed on Friday and she had jatz, dips, cabanossi and chocoalte out for us to eat and i said "No thanks not for me":) I havent even really felt like eating, its like my mind decided i wasnt doing that anymore and my body went OK! I know its a small thing but its a step and all journeys start with the first step, right?
I saw a post that said Wednesday are the weigh in days on the 12wbt so i thought why wait to the start? In the morning i got on the scales and i was 67.6kg. I am still proud of that number seeing as at the start of the year i was 78kg but i know it still is a bad number for my height. I'm a shorty, only 154cm:P I then started thinking again(scary) and thought why not do my measurments too! I did all the normal ones Chest- 109cm, waist-101cm, hips-100cm, thighs left-54.5cm, right-56.5cm. Better do my arms! Hope they will change too......into muscle! Left arm-29.2cm, right-30cm.
Ah stuff it lets do the photos too!
I know that i will be doing this again once it officially starts but i wanted to do this now to, for me.
Well now that i have got that out of the way, time to decide what i will bet next! I have decided i will choose my pepsi max intake. I have way to much........actually i dont drink anything other then pepsi max! I am going to start off by cutting my amount and only having 3 cans or glasses of it a day. I know that still sounds alot to most people but i drink so much of it that i dont even know how much i drink!
